NRE2: The 4 Themes The NRE2 project will study the capacities of rural Canadian communities along four themes relevant to rural society. Each theme will be investigated by a team composed of NRE2 researchers from across Canada who specialize in that particular aspect of social studies. A Central Team, working out of NRE2 Headquarters located at Concordia University in Montréal, will coordinate the activities of the entire project, as well as conduct research of a broader nature.
